Our centers are conveniently located inside Blanchard Valley Health System and Fremont Memorial Hospital. At Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay we are located on the third floor of the Ruse Building. Parking is offered in the garage below the Emergency Room on the south end of the hospital or with a free valet at the Center of Diagnostic Studies on the north end.

At Bluffton Hospital we are located at the first floor clinic with check-in at the main front lobby. Our Fremont Memorial center is located on the second floor of Memorial Hospital. Serving all your needs in one localized area. Our centers all contain a clinic for office appointments and an operating room for procedures done under flouroscopy with anesthesia.
